  • Well-being Coaching
  • What is coaching?
Coaching is a form of personal development in which the coach supports a client in achieving a specific personal goal by providing guidance. Coaching doesn't look into the issues themselves. Instead, in a Coaching conversation, the client uncovers their own unique solutions. The coach also provides accountability and motivation to ensure positive change happens. If you'd like to find out more about Coaching book a free Discovery Call.
  • What is the difference between Coaching, Therapy and Counselling?
Both Therapy and Counselling are regulated by professional bodies and industry-specific training and standards exist. Coaching does not constitute medical advice and is not an alternative for therapy or counselling. If you require advice or treatment for mental health issues you should speak to your GP, who will be able to refer you to the right professional. Coaching is currently not regulated, even though there are several bodies that promote best practices in the industry. It is intended for individuals whose functioning is not impaired by mental health issues.
