Transparent ad policy
The majority of the blogs I admire and look up to use some form of advertising. I just want to be crystal clear in regards to it. That’s why I strictly follow the guidance from the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
Read below to discover how I make sure the best advertising practices are applied. My transparent ad policy benefits the readers, the blog’s integrity and the brands’ reputation.
Occasionally, I get compensation to give my opinion on products or services. I may also get compensation to feature products in my interior photographs across the blog and social media. Even though I receive compensation for the posts, I always give my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences.
Brands have no editorial control over the content of my sponsored posts. Most of the time, I recommend products that I already own from brands I love. Sponsored content is always clearly labelled at the beginning of the article, and it includes a link to this disclaimer.
Please note that Happy Home Clinic does not allow advertorials. There are no affiliate advertising links on the blog or newsletter. Similarly, there are no traditional image or text-based advertisements.
